SPDT RF Switch from 9 kHz to 8 GHz PE42553

The PE42553 from Peregrine Semiconductor is an absorptive SPDT RF switch that operates from 9 kHz to 8 GHz. It is based on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS technology which enable it to provide a high linearity and fast settling time.
