4-Stage Power Amplifiers, from MACOM MAAP-011139-DIE and MAAP-011140-DIE

The 4W MAAP-011139-DIE and the 6W MAAP-011140-DIE are 4-stage power amplifiers that provide 24 dB of linear gain and 23% efficiency while biased at 6 V. These GaAs pHEMT PAs feature full passivation for enhanced reliability and are ideally suited for VSAT communications. Available from Richardson RFPD.
