Hermetic Surface Mount SPST Switch from DC to 6 GHz ISO13316

The ISO13316 from Isolink (a subsidiary of Skyworks) is a GaAs pHEMT SPST non-reflective switch that operates from DC to 6 GHz. It has a low loss up to 0.8 dB, an isolation up to 50 dB and low return loss up to 24 dB.
