X-Band GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier Die VRFA0026-BD

The VRFA0026-BD from Viper RF is a X-Band GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 8 to 11 GHz. The amplifier can provide a gain of 23 dB with a noise figure of 1 dB. It requires a 3 V supply and draws 80 mA of current. The RF ports of the LNA are DC blocked and matched to 50 ohms.
