it's not my equipment but from what I can see it's a 9 cm transverter from Roman DJ6EP with 60 deg crystal for LO. Transverter itself will wive up to 23 dBm output (probably a little less).
In august Roman had quite a few PCBs, housing and probably all the parts needed.
The amplifier was made by Stefan SP9QZO - try to contact him for the details.
