The MASW-011060 from MACOM is a high power PIN diode SPDT switch that operates from 0.5 GHz to 6 GHz with high linearity in common anode configuration. It has an insertion loss of 0.5 dB at 4 GHz, an isolation of 35 dB at 4 GHz and can handle up to 100 W of CW power at a base plate temperature of 85 degree C. This switch is ideal for broadband, MIL-COM, IED, and cellular applications that require higher CW and pulsed power operation.
