One is shure, that sheelding over PLL is not inaf ( if egsist).
I dont know inside life of UV-3R, but egsist one posibility that this unit have direct mixing /Zero Frequency ?!
What happend (with RX signal on 3cm)if You put UV-3R on TX ? Is then 3cm received signal stronger?
Staszek have right.. 432,0125 multiplaying with 24 is 10368,300.. probably 10368,220 was showed on receiver !?!
Oscilator in transverter probably dont have egsact freq.
