I see you have a complete unit too. The voltages on my unit is slightly different but not much, it vary from the unit to the unit.
I have also the original antenna, 60cm from the SAF, but there is quite strange behavior of this antenna on 24GHz even the antenna is declared to work on 23.6GHz by default.
Do you have the original antenna too, and have you test it maybe?
