| The GVA-123+ from Mini-Circuits is a wideband amplifier fabricated using GaAs HBT technology that operates from 0.01 to 12 GHz. It has a gain of 16.9 dB with 0.7 dB flatness and a return loss of 20 dB. The amplifier is available in a SOT-89 package and is matched to 50 ohms. It can be used for base station infrastructure, test instruments, LTE, satellite communication applications.
