| The PE42553 from Peregrine Semiconductor is an absorptive SPDT RF switch that operates from 9 kHz to 8 GHz. It is based on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS technology which enable it to provide a high linearity and fast settling time. The switch has a high isolation up to 90 dB, an insertion loss under 0.85 dB and provides an IIP3 of 66 dBm.
