The RFS Series are fixed PLL Frequency Synthesizers that operates from 1 to 5 GHz. They have an internal reference signal incorporating the phase detector, loop filter, VCO and PIC controller into the package. The internal reference oscillator eliminates the need for external programming. They are ideal for applications for T&M, Satellite Communications, Up/Down converters and other applications that require a single frequency signal source from 1 to 5 GHz with a low phase noise. The RFS PLL’s are available in a Surface Mount Module.
